Shipping Policy 


Our main shipping carrier is Canada Post. 

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order departs our facility.

Please note that once package(s) are received by Canada Post, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item(s). This responsibility is passed on to the Canada Post ( .

Our standard shipping time goes as follows:

  • Ready to wear wigs ships in 48hrs (Monday-Friday,10am-6pm).

  • Lace wigs: 12-15 business days processing time(Monday-Friday,10am-6pm). Ships in 2 business days after processing time.

  • Extensions: 10-12 business days processing time(Monday-Friday,10am-6pm). Ships in 2 business days after processing time.

  • Custom wig orders: 12-15 business days processing time(Monday-Friday,10am-6pm).Ships in 2 business days after processing time.

  • Products: Ships in 48hrs(Monday-Friday,10am-6pm).

  • Also note that shipping times are subjected to changes due to unforeseen circumstances. All orders are subject for fraud risk analysis.


We will not be held liable for any lost, damaged, stolen packages or any delays due to incorrect shipping and billing address etc. It is the responsibility of the customer(s) to provide correct and complete billing and shipping information.


NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOX ADDRESS. Orders with P.O Box addresses will be delayed until an alternative address is provided. 


GENERALLY NO EXPEDITED SHIPPING. However; from time to time management may accept expedited shipping request subject to their sole discretion and the payment of a $100 non-refundable rush fee.



Return/Refund/Exchange Policy 


911hairunits has a strict NO RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL; this is due to current Covid-19 pandemic and unsanitary, health, and safety concerns arising from such situations. Please ensure you’re ordering the correct item(s) and review the description of the item(s) before checking out. If there is a mistake or a manufacturer’s’ defect, we will take steps to have the issue rectified or to replace the item(s) after you notify us immediately after receiving the item(s) within 24hrs via email at


Cancellation Policy 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order has been placed there will be no cancellation of that order.
